Al-Majd City master plan encompasses an area of 2,000,000 sqm. The proposed plan was to create a distinguished and sustainable residential living environment at Al-Zarqa city, which is economically viable, socially harmonious, physically appealing and environmentally coherent through the conceptualization and realization of vision for the Residential City in the Kingdom.
62 % of the land is allocated for 8,500 dwelling ranging from 4 to 7 storey buildings.
5 % is dedicated for commercial use while the remaining.
33 % is assigned for pathways, parking and landscaping.
