Introducing a new environmentally friendly concept of modern industrial estates, with an area of 2,500,000 m². The project area is divided into 3 stages, every stage includes different types of industries, residential and recreational areas, green areas and custom yard. The first stage is the main area of the project that includes the main services, gates, buildings ( office, service & administration ), parking, and landscaping.
Works also included the design of: Water and waste water network, electricity, firefighting, communication network and the preparation of tender documents for every stage and for every building that was designed . All design criteria' were taken into consideration , laws and regulations . A full analysis were taken for topography, geology, Traffic, land use and weather. Works included Design of a new Industrial Estate which includes urban planning, architectural design, landscaping, infrastructure design, swage treatment plant, water tower, gates, walls & monuments. It also includes the preparation of the tender documents for all the project stages and buildings.
