The Project, located in Shmaisani – Amman, consists of a ten storey building. It is primarily a serviced apartment building. The basement at levels 6 and 5 containa 59 vehicle car park; the fourth basement level contains services, café, internet offices, and public toilets; whereas the third basement level contains waiting area, reception, cafeteria, kitchen, administration section, secretary and accountancy department. The typical floors (6 floors) consist of apartments with different areas and a floor dedicated to a health center. The project consists of a total of (42) apartments.
