Two buildings connected by a pedestrian tunnel, the lower part (main building) and the upper part (car park and service center building) together make up the Arab Bank’s new Central Operations Unit (COU). The project comprises of seven floors. The building space is designed to facilitate the efficient use of the bank’s various departments that accommodate a total of 430 employees. Providing two basements for car park, storage and loading areas, the project is built in compliance with contemporary Hi -Tech standards, and is equipped with highly advanced electromechanical and security systems.
