The Warehouse is specifically located in the Arab Industrial City, South of Amman near the Queen Alia International Airport. The structure consists of two floor hangars, the ground floor and mezzanine, separated to serve for a wood, aluminum and glass factory. The ground floor is designed to provide a main production hall supporting specific industrial equipments essential to the factory. The mezzanine floor will cater for lighter equipment of the administration offices and services.
Service buildings surrounding the main building have been placed strategically to support other essential factory requirements. These structures are the security and logistics personnel building, an electrical transformer shelter, isolation room, water tank and pump station and parking sheds within an area of approximately 730 sqm.
The project has been designed in a cohesive manner where the functionality of the space reassures its form. The project consist of wood, aluminum and glass factory (hangars) with an area of (9253.63 m²) Two floor hangar (ground and mezzanine) which consist of:
1. Main production halls with special industrial equipments.
2. Administration offices and services.
3. Service buildings (Logistics, Security, Electrical transformer, Isolation room, Water tank and Pump station, Parking shelters), with an area of (729.81m²).
