The project is divided into two phases A and B. Phase A of the project consists of 90 residential units with a total area of about (11,521) sqm distributed as follows:
29 residential unit with an area of (90) sqm
13 residential unit with an area of (150) sqm
42 residential unit with an area of (120) sqm
6 residential unit with an area of (180) sqm
In addition, phase A consists of external works (fences, retaining walls, stairs, sanitary & electromechanical works). Phase B of the project consists of (79) residential units with a total area of about (10,328) sqm being distributed as follows: 26 residential unit with an area of (90) sqm each. 13 residential unit with an area of (150) sqm each. 36 residential unit with an area of (120) sqm each. 4 residential unit with an area of (180) sqm each. In addition, Phase B consists of external works (fences, retaining walls, stairs, sanitary & electromechanical works).
