Post conducting of concentrated analytical studies of the entire area; an impressive industrial establishment was composed located in the special industrial free zone at Khalidiyah in Mafraq, 50 km from Amman and 24 km north east of Zarqa, on the intersection of the roads that connect Jordan with Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Syria
SIGMA conducted analytical studies for the requirements of having industrial establishments located in the special industrial free zone. This included a topographic survey of the project site and hydrological study of the adjacent valleys as well as the potential for Master Plan options and land use assignment.Topographic surveys of the project site and hydrological study of the adjacent valleys were executed aiding results for Master Plan options and land use organization. Ultimately focusing the Development Master Plan to meet all the prospects and needs of investors at all stages providing the versatility needed to carry mass projects in the future.
The work included: road design, water supply, electricity and telecommunication networks, fire fighting facilities and flood protection, sewerage and wastewater treatment plant, services and fencing. As well as the design of administrative buildings, the management building of the sewerage treatment plant and the customs center and gate.
