PECDAR conducted The President Head Quarters (President Office) at Al Muqata'a, which was completed with the United Nations Development Program/ Program of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/ PAPP) that got into agreement with the Government of Japan who funded part of the project. The aim of this project is to support and strengthen the Presidential Office management capacities.
The project is an office building, to serve as the Palestinian Presidential Headquarter with all its relevant directorates. The project built up are is about 5,000 sqm, comprises of three floors and equipped with advanced building systems such as paging, media and security intrusion systems. The project is one of a kind in terms of architectural theme that reflects certain aspects of local Palestine heritage, environmental and physical conditions.
