Palestinian Investment Bank Headquarters was designed using a contemporary approach considering the regional architectural style and local finishing materials reflected in the façade. The building encompasses both innovative building and engineering technologies.

With a total built-up area of over 9,000 sqm, the building project consists of two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine and seven superstructure floor levels. The internal planning, flow and function design of the building (with respect to architectural/structural/MEP systems) provides maximum flexibility for space and function utilization. And also considers future expansion plans as requested by the Client.
