Set out on a 2,270 m² site area, Paradise Tower is situated at one of the important gateways to Al-Abdali project: ‘New downtown of Amman’.

A mixed-use project comprising of a 25 storey office tower which stems out from an 8 storey podium making up 33 floors in total. The project’s spatial use encompasses retail and commercial outlets, accommodation suites as well as public facilities and services at the ground floor. Car parking and electro-mechanical plants are situated at 7 basement levels.

The total built-up area is 32,150 m².

Architectural design concept is characterized by the introduction of a series of atria, varying in volume- interlinked horizontally to achieve a pleasant transparent internal environment.
