Attaining the ‘Highly Commended’ Award by the Arabian Property Awards (2013-2014) as well as the ‘Best Consultancy Design Project’ for 2012 by the Ministry of Public Works, Al-Fahares Resort is a mixed use project set on a 160,000 sqm site.
The site is divided into zones with various functions. The residential zone of the project consists of 140 residential units with various types for villas and apartments. The total built up area of all the residential units is about 10% of the total built-up area for the project which amounts to 21,000 sqm of residential space.
