Set out on approximately a 185,200 sqm site; the Smeismeh Project is a luxurious touristic complex with a proposed built-up area of 205,000 sqm.
The core concept was based on the blend between sand and sea fostered by the oasis retreat premise. The blending of the building clusters with the landscape sets the tone of an excursion for the guest moving through the project site, while we intended for the interior and exterior of the buildings to complement one another in true Arabian Nights style.
The project consists of a 5 Star Hotel (550 keys), marina and marina club with a dock accommodating 30 Yachts, a fully serviced 25,000 sqm aqua park and a cleverly concealed underground parking facility catering for 1,200 vehicles.
