Originally designed for the Client (Al-Hamad Contracting & Developmetn Co.), the SGBJ HQ building is located in Amman’s ‘New Downtown’ area of Al Abdali, the office building project consists of 11 floors in total. With 4 basement levels, the upper floors serve as office space for the bank’s operations.

The elevations are based on the relation between solid and void in a geometrical approach mainly to reflect a contemporary image with all the required vertical and horizontal expression lines giving the building a sense of solidity and balance.

The main façade consists of mechanically hammered stone complimented with clear glass and louvers providing a balance between light and shade throughout the building.

The project is fully equipped with all the required systems such as central air-conditioning, telecommunication systems, intruder alarm and firefighting systems.
