The Dead Sea Eastern Coast has many natural and spiritual touristic attractions. Our challenge here was to enhance a landscape that is already one of the most spectacular in the world. The proposed development master plan identified 23 potential zones for tourism development along the 60 km east coast of the Dead Sea.

The main criteria for establishing the zones. The 23 zones were distributed among three main sectors:

- Suweimeh sector
- Zara sector
- North Suweimeh sector, in addition to three unique zones, the Citadel, Wadi Shqiq, Al-Mazraa sector and air zone.

SIGMA provided an intricately appropriate infrastructure service system regarding water, electricity, communications and sewage. Intensive environmental analysis was fore taken in order to achieve the understanding of the challenge, as well as respectably maintaining and preserving the cultural heritage of the land and its history. This encouraged investors to the area, where it is expected to have an optimistic consequence on the local community there by creating healthier life styles and job opportunities.
