Pope Benedict XVI blessed the cornerstone of the Catholic University of the Latin Patriarchate in the city of Madaba south of Amman on Saturday 9th of May 2009. The University is located 5 km south of the city of Madaba seated on a slightly peering plot of 500,000 m2 in area. It is a remarkably noticeable project towards Jordan’s recognition to encourage higher education and inspiration in vast areas in the country.

Not only is this a supportive enhancement of talent and education but also the architectural buildings themselves are sustained with the consideration of the environment, safe keeping of the cultural archeology and land through studied ecological strategies.
