This interchange is located on the coastal road between Tripoli and Misratah. It connects the coastal road with Al Khoms center and Al Khoms harbor. The project includes the detailed design of partial cloverleaf interchange to facilitate left turn for the traffic coming from Tripoli into Alkhoms, with the necessary loops and auxiliary lanes to serve smooth transition to all directions.

The work included all the necessary supporting studies, i.e. topography, geotechnical, traffic study and signage, drainage in addition to the detailed geometric and structural designs for bridge, loops, ramps and adjacent retaining walls, with electric lighting design for the interchange.
